SUMAJKT is a cooperation sole of the Tanzania National Services established by presidential order instructed by the president of the United Republic of Tanzania Late President of United Republic of Tanzania (Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere). The order was declared in the Government Notice No.116 dated 24/09/1982.

SUMAJKT Consultancy Bureau Company Limited is registered by the Tanzania Business Licensing Authority (BRELA) on 21/05/2021 by which has been incoperated under the companies Act 2002 with certificate of cooperation no 152009194 .
